Half of their menu was sold out. Asked for my 5 layer burrito with no beans, got it with beans which were dry clumpy garbage.... The small order took 15 minutes for them to make. Absolutely the worst taco bell in all of Rochester. Stay away! Read more
My girlfriend waited at the drive thru for 15 minutes after the woman said she would be right back, she handed food out to the... first 2 cars ahead of her and still wasn?t back to take her order for drive-thru. At that point I told my girlfriend to justleave Taco Bell for other food. Her and I will not be going back to that Taco Bell in Macedon again. It?s ridiculous that TacoBell can?t multi task. Too much turnover at this location leads to huge lack of quality. Management needs to be looked at, as there are few employees... and they don't know what they are doing. Regularly get the wrong items or items that are made incorrectly. Wait times areterrible, the drive through can be empty and it will take them 15-30 minutes to put together a small order. Read more
Tried submitting a 1 star review, but it was preventing it. This Taco Bell will make you sit in the drive thru for 25 minutes... only to tell you your entire mobile order is out of stock. Edit: Didn?t actually expect a 2 star review to be allowed,extremely pathetic that they?re not allowing people post honest reviews of a terrible establishment. Incredible how much the manager puts up with, constantly being alone and running the store completely by herself. Not one other... person at all, yet having such a positive attitude.
