My girlfriend waited at the drive thru for 15 minutes after the woman said she would be right back, she handed food out to the... first 2 cars ahead of her and still wasn?t back to take her order for drive-thru. At that point I told my girlfriend to justleave Taco Bell for other food. Her and I will not be going back to that Taco Bell in Macedon again. It?s ridiculous that TacoBell can?t multi task. Too much turnover at this location leads to huge lack of quality. Management needs to be looked at, as there are few employees... and they don't know what they are doing. Regularly get the wrong items or items that are made incorrectly. Wait times areterrible, the drive through can be empty and it will take them 15-30 minutes to put together a small order. Read more
Tried submitting a 1 star review, but it was preventing it. This Taco Bell will make you sit in the drive thru for 25 minutes... only to tell you your entire mobile order is out of stock. Edit: Didn?t actually expect a 2 star review to be allowed,extremely pathetic that they?re not allowing people post honest reviews of a terrible establishment. We order from here often being we live close.. my orders are always missing things we pay for, and always without sauces and or... napkins... I know it's fast food, but your guys quality and attention of all orders need to improve. Read more
Located in the same building as gas station Not much seating for guests who dine in. This place is mainly a drive thru. ... Restraunt was clean. Food was good and looked fresh. Incredible how much the manager puts up with, constantly being alone and running the store completely by herself. Not one other... person at all, yet having such a positive attitude. Even when the customers are rude and have no understanding of how hardshe?s trying to satisfy everybody she never lets it show. Deserves way more credit than she will ever be given. Read more
