Maybe there was a new cook on. The chicken nachos usually are made of unbroken nachos placed in a circle. Each chip having equal... portions of refried beans chicken cheese and jalapeño. The dish has remained the same for at least 40 years. Tonight I got apile of broken overcooked nachos, over load of cheese and very little refried beans. It?s obvious the cook is not familiar withthis meal. I did not say anything but I hope this review is seen by the management and speaks to the cook on Friday night. Sept23 , 2022. Went in today at 12. 2 tables in the bar area, 2 tables in entire restaurant and only 1 other guy seated at bar. Over 5 minutes... had 2 servers, the bartender, a manager and the to-go person walking by me without ever acknowledging me handing me a menu orsaying a word. Read more

First time here today, and last. The hostess wasn't friendly, led us to our table and tossed down our menus. Another chain... restaurant clearly understaffed. Our server finally made her way over. She was the only server on the floor and also behind thebar. I could tell she was overwhelmed and doing the best she could. Happy we didn't need drink refills or condiments because itjust wasn't happening. The food was sup par at best. Why wasn't there a manager on the floor helping out? Was the manager inthe back of the house ? Was there only three employees??? Hire more people and treat them well. Seems to be happening at toomany chain restaurants. Read more

I placed a large online order yesterday through the app. The order went through no problem, but when I arrived to pickup I was... told the location was out of lemonade (which it has been for quite some time) and also out of baked potato soup. Thoughdisappointed, we understood and made alternate choices. The problem was noticed when we returned home and found we were missingquite a few things from our order. Unfortunately, this was not the first time we had mishaps with the accuracy of our order atthis location. Also unfortunate is that this wasn?t the second or even third, for that matter. The difference this time is thatwhen I called the store and brought the matter the store manager, she disagreed with me about what I ordered, although I wasreading it directly from the printout SHE gave me with my receipt!! I?m not exactly sure what type of ERP system they use, butif there?s a discrepancy between what is displayed for the kitchen to prepare and what?s printed on the order ticket, there areMUCH bigger issues at this restaurant than me missing items in my order! Our food was good. The French fries were fried too crispy for me, the next time I'll order another kind of potato. The ribs,... corn, and sausage was good too.
