Subs from Jersey Mike's are good. This experience wasn't. We ended up being the first in a long line behind us. The gentleman... at the counter took all the orders before he started making ours. Then he made one sub the wrong size and tried to charge us thelarger size. So he dropped the price to the smaller sub but then instead of just giving us the larger sub he remade the entiresub in the smaller size and threw it away. Read more

Went in to order a sub. The 2 guys in there said I had to wait 15 minutes until the other guy came back in from having a... cigarette break. He was the only one allowed to use the meat slicer. Plus the restaurant was filthy. Garbage on the floor andnot clean where the soda fountain was. Nothing stocked like napkins and straws. Will never go back to his one. It is not beingkept up. Ok so I love Jersey Mike's just not the one in Macedonia. I came in and the girl who was the only one who was there greeted me... right away and was friendly but when she took my order and my money. She did not wash her hands on between touching money andmaking food only out on a glove. Then while my son and I were sitting in the dining are more employees came in and sat on tablesin back but where customers can see and put a blonde guys hair in a bunch of rubberbands and was cussing. I don't think that'sappropriate where food is served to be doing hair OR cussing loud enough for little kids to hear in the dining area. All tableswere dirty and I had to clean my own. I was the only customer in there so it's not like they were busy and couldn't clean offtables! Before we left we went to the women's bathroom and it was disgustingly dirty. I took pictures of the bathroom if themanager or owner would like to see. We went at 1030 am on 5/31/18 and they opened at 10am so those bathrooms or dining areashouldn't have been that dirty at all.
