Sat at the bar to eat to avoid a 45 minute wait to sit in the bar with many empty booths BUT that worked to our advantage!!! We... had NIKKI take care of us. She is the sweetest most attentive person working there. My husband and myself have been a customerat Outback for many years. I think Nikki has been the nicest overall whenever we have been there. We live in Michigan and we?re in town for a special event. We all had the best experience here at this Macedonia Outback in... Ohio. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by the stores manager and he welcomed us like we were his family. Weended up sitting at the bar area which my girls thought was the coolest thing. He and his bartender Nikki made sure to payattention to my children making them special flavored lemonades and making sure they were enjoying their evening out. When thefood came out they made sure the orders were correct and my children said it was the best Outback food and experience they haveever had. So good in fact that my husband was coming to visit the next day. After hearing what a wonderful experience we had, hetook us back the next night. He also was amazed at the friendliness of the manager and this time we sat at a table and ourserver Sarah was just as amazing as Nikki the night before. The manager made it a point to thank us for coming in that ourbusiness was greatly appreciated and we will definitely be returning soon. Friday night call ahead took approx 20 mins for a table. Nice place, steak was delicious and cooked to perfection. The mashed... potatoes seemed old and my daughter's grilled chicken salad was disappointing. It's more like a large side salad with chicken. Waiter was new and forgot a few things, so still learning but did a great job and was very kind. I gave this place 4 stars butit's more like 3.5? Read more

Rachel was my server and she was definitely on her job she was showing awesome customer service skills an I appreciated her... attentiveness even though she had a bunch of others to take care of. She made sure our food was made just like we asked an thatwas important to us because when we order steak it's never cooked correctly so we were blessed to have an awesome cook thatevening as well. My wife and I really enjoyed our service at the Macedonia Outback. Our server Ashley was great, you can tell she takes pride in... what she does. Ashley was courteous and professional.
