I would like to give 5 stars to the girls on the line, however I cannot stress enough how bad the male manager is. You can... clearly tell the staff is training and he was irrational all while belittling her. Proper training= retention Instead ofbecoming frustrated with them take a look at yourself and figure out why they are not understanding what you're saying.
