I would like to give 5 stars to the girls on the line, however I cannot stress enough how bad the male manager is. You can... clearly tell the staff is training and he was irrational all while belittling her. Proper training= retention Instead ofbecoming frustrated with them take a look at yourself and figure out why they are not understanding what you're saying. Foods pretty good. But the manager or owner whoever he is, is the rudest person. To customers and employees. One time i was... there and asked for oil & vinegar on the side and he was rude & said ?ask me that when your order is ready? he makes you feellike you can?t talk or ask for anything. Tonight i witnessed him humiliate an employee in front of a bunch of customers overputting fries in the wrong basket. I felt so bad for the kid. I woulda quit on him right on the spot. How disrespectful. He actslike he?s better than everyone. This is probably why the employees aren?t talkative or friendly either. I mean, would you be ifthat?s how your boss talked to you all day?
