Seriously the slowest Starbucks I?ve ever been to. It?s the only one on the way to where I hike so I keep coming back. I order... online sooo far ahead and still sit in here for so long always gets cold. How hard is it to pour a quick cold brew? I?m not evengetting an elaborate drink. Speedy and friendly baristas! I stop in about twice a month but every time, I am greeted with a smile and a great drink!
Overall, I have had great experiences at this location. Friendly and helpful staff, good food, and a nice overall ordering... experience. The only negative thing I've experienced is being given a sausage sandwich instead of the impossible one more thanonce. I'm not a vegetarian or anything (I just like the impossible better) but if I was I wouldn't be too happy. Overall,though, great. Just double check your food if you're a vegetarian :) Read more
Absolutely horrific service today! Waiting over 25 minutes for an in store order they keep taking orders and are not working as... a team to get orders out. Absolutely deplorable work product from this staff. Will not be coming back to this location and willgo to Twinsburg that atleast has half the wait. Read more
Absolute worst Starbucks experience in 20 years of being a customer. Waited over 20 minutes for an Americano. I counted 28... cars go through the drive through and I didn't start counting until I had already waited 10 minutes. The woman in front of mewalked out without her order and didn't even ask for a refund. There were a total of 7 people working behind the counter. That's not good management. This is what All Starbucks used to be. This location is right next door to my dentist, so I stopped in to treat the staff to... coffee for a great job. When I tell u that EVERYONE was upbeat, happy, perky & joyful. It reminded me of my first Starbucksexperience & it's what's made me a lifer. Read more
