Horrible service. Very slow cold food. Drive thru worker did not care about his job or do his correctly was cussing infront of... customers. Ran out of the store to talk with a coworker in the middle of taking an order. Kitchen staff did not make orderscorrectly. Manger on duty can not control the staff and it is obvious they do not care either. Read more
The food was hot and pretty good but the inside was filthy. It smelled like a bathroom, the pop machines were disgusting, the... floor was sticky. Everything needs a deep clean. Read more
They messed up my sandwich from the night before, so I took it back the next day and the crew remade it for me without any... problems!! P.s....the service was Awesome! Read more

Worst ever experience at Wendy's and not coming back. We went through the drive-thru and we're handed cold food. The fries are... guaranteed to be hot and fresh they were not The sandwiches were not hot or fresh either. When we gave the order back I askedfor a refund and the lady who said she was the manager her name was Amaris, said they can't do any in-store refunds. I was toldit has to be on a corporate level. Then through the window she screamed at us because we told her the food was cold and shesaid she would remake the order. Then she came out, as they were going to redo the order, she told me that they would not redothe order screaming at us at this time. Saying bye bye bye. Last time we'll be going to this Wendy's for a while, if ever. Went inside, only 2 other people there. Checkout was fine. The... young guy behind the counter was great. While waiting for the order, we noticed that the floor felt like it was covered ingrease - this ended up being everywhere you walked. The door and window glass were filthy and the kitchen area looked the same. There were no napkins and no drinks available at the side counter -- you had to get them from the checkout. We sat down to eatand the food -- burgers, nuggets and fries were cold. You could tell that the burgers were made earlier as they were dry andthe cheese wasn't melted. Fries were limp and greasy. I didn't finish my meal as everything was adding up to make me feel sickfor eating there. On the way out there was a dirty sponge and cleaning spray sitting on the garbage bin. Not sure whathappened, but this place has gone down hill fast. Disgusting. Read more
I have celiac disease and asked if the peppermint flavoring was gluten free as they did not have plain chocolate available for... the frosty. The boy said 'is there any gluten free icecream', very smartmouth attitude and a girl laughed in the background. Ijust don't want to get sick.
