Plenty of choices and the food tastes good. Tables were clean and the employees were helpful and pleasant.

The chick working expo and the front counter (the manager?) was the coolest! She?s really good at her job! All the food they... served me was very hot, which doesn?t always happen at other locations. Read more

The staff need better training in customer service. There was a line of people inside waiting to place an order. No one said Hi... to us or bothered to mention they were running behind. They only focused on the drive through leaving customers inside feelingunnoticed and unappreciated. Read more

Amazing service everytime. Cooked to order and always delicious. A bit pricey but worth every penny. The chopped salad is my... favorite!! Read more

I bring out of town guests to Beef-a-Roo for lunch rather than a chain restaurant. So far it's thumbs up and compliments on... the atmosphere as well as the food. Read more

I took my daughter out to lunch at the Machesney Park location by Harlem HS. We dined in. I absentmindedly swiveled around and... spilled both of our cheddar fries (our favorite thing!) and they replaced them no questions asked! They were also very prompt incleaning my mess (I?m still apologizing for the millionth time!!). I haven?t been to this location since the remodel and it isexceptionally clean and the staff are top notch!! I always love beef-a-roo and this was a fantastic experience! Read more

A staple in our area. Ordered a salad and a burger ( thinking the salad wouldn't be enough). Wrong. Plenty of food. Very tasty.... Prices are up but I think they are everywhere...ugh. Will return. Read more

Hands down no questions asked one of the saddest excuses for a burger I've ever had, let alone to try and jazz it up and call it... a grilled western burger. The patty a you see was almost gray in color with no grill marks. I've had a frozen burger cooked in amicrowave wave that was leaps and bonds better than this pathetic thing sitting in front of me. I will never waste my time ormoney at a place like this again, and the fries weren't even mediocre, imagine McDonald's fries left in your car over night andyou still ate one on the way to qork in the morning, that's what ya got here.
