Love the new south west burger and the $5 meal deal . We've never had a bad meal at this location. Customer service excellent.
I guess I shouldn't expect much from bk, it's fast food, but this time it was even worse, the guy made us wait 20 minutes,... because they were supposed to cook the fries, and he served us cold, the burgers without lettuce or tomato or anything else,just bread and meat, it was a horrible experience and I will never return to that bk near the river, disastrous service. disastrous food, they should close that place or hire more competent staff, or maybe and raise their salary, I don't know, dosomething... Consistently making mistakes with orders, unprofessional, and restaurant is unkept.
Cold sandwich. Ask for pickles .Didn't get them .Try to rush me through the drive thur...I can tell fish was sitting out to... long then placed on sandwich .Asked for Fresh fish sandwich and fries. Not worth the money. Read more
I don't know how old the chicken on that chicken sandwich was, but it was horrible.
