We like Chili's, but the service as of late has been lacking. Went last night and ordered a burger, tried to add sauteed... mushrooms. Waitress said she couldn't do it, because the kitchen couldn't figure out how to add mushrooms to a burger. I swearto God, that is verbatim. We always order fried pickles, and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. they come out with our food. There was a largeparty last night and a child got sick at the table. No parent made a move. The staff took their time cleaning it up. This sameparty let the 6 year olds run around the restaurant screaming, crawling on the floor under tables and run into people. Yes, I amaware that I could open my own restaurant and not allow children or eat at home. However, parents should take a certain level ofresponsibility for their kids. It's a restaurant, not a jungle gym. Our waiter was also very vocal about their displeasure withthe party, kept apologizing for complaining about it, yet kept complaining. To the point where we put our forks down and almostoffered her to join us. She made sure to tell us this party ran their Waiter ragged, which I 100% believe they did, and onlytipped him $3.00. My bill was $40, and yes, I gave her $10, cash. If it wasn't for those damn Honey Crispy chicken things, I'dhave to find a new regular spot, lol. I do feel sorry for the wait staff. Yeah, it was pretty good! The atmosphere is really weird there, reminds me of the place they make fun of in Office Space. But... maybe that's the draw? Iunno. Anyhow I had a drink with plastic vampire teeth in, so that was pretty cool. Read more
I DoorDash and get orders from this location semi-often and I usually always just go in and grab the order but I decided to... follow the instructions this time which prompts me to arrive at the location and input the parking spot number that I?ve parkedin and I waited For a team member to run the order out because those are the instructions that were on the app and I even calledChili?s and asked if I should come in or if I should wait and they told me to wait and I told them I already inputted the numberof my order and they said when it was ready somebody would come out and run it to me and not to worry well I waited for another10 minutes and I watched as no employees ran any orders out to any of the other cars waiting so I went in and I saw my ordersitting on the rack along with three other orders that were not being run out to any cars and there wasn?t even a person at thedesk for me to give feedback to so I grabbed the order and went to deliver it but I feel like if you have people calling inasking for their orders and you?re reassuring them that the team is on it you should actually be on top of it not leave it at arack telling people they?re going to get it and leaving them waiting all night there?s just no logic to that Read more
Staff was very inviting and friendly. Food came fast. We ordered a kids chicken tender basket and the sampler with honey BBQ... tenders, Southwestern Eggrolls, and fried Mozarella. Everything taste great except the fried Mozarella had an overload ofcheese. Too much for my liking. Read more
My experience with Chili's is usually sometimes good sometimes not so bad sometimes bad! I don't like when I have to constantly... return my food because it's cold I don't want to eat cold food at a restaurant or anywhere. I sometimes the service isn't sogreat and sometimes you'll get a great waitress or waiter it just depends I guess on the day you pick and choose also I wishthey would add some more choices to the menu some good grilled chicken or some other choices the ones they have is gettingboring. Chilis is slipping a bit but not for lack of trying in my opinion. I believe that these types of places are severely... understaffed and hurting for help. Eaten at this store many times. Wasn't my best experience here. Food was OK. No complaints.Will go again. Read more
Ordered carry out and my phone call was if I was talking to a friend. 10/10. Picked up my food and the same person, Olivia , got... me checked out. Very friendly, professional and hardworking.
