Seems like the menu and prices are constantly changing. They are not honoring what is being advertised on tv that day. I feel... bad for the employees trying to explain the changes. I normally don?t leave reviews,too busy! This time around I had to share. This location has really gone down the tubes and I see... only one left in the area that I know of,, major lack of customer service. Nobody wants to talk to you anymore they want to puttheir hand out with their earbuds in. The chicken is not the quality it used to be and the order is always short something. Thephone system is not working at the restaurant and corporate keeps you on hold forever. Colonel Sanders is rolling in his grave.Rest in peace Colonel Sanders. Read more

I really like KFC historically, but today I was served the nastiest tasting cup of unsweetened tea I've had in a while. This... store really needs to clean and sanitize their equipment properly. I could tell it was brewed tea not syrup, but it tastedrancid. Not worth more than $3. Read more

KFC you need to do better, 8 piece chicken tender and a pot pie meal should not be nearly $32. You all smoking some pot over... there and not working on your pies, literally when i asked for the #16 pot pie meal the lady did not know what it was. Thechicken strips were not even fresh, I would say near cold. The pot pie was good but I did not get my cookie. But $32, for not sogreat food. Never again. Read more
