I placed a take out order yesterday around 4pm online and it said that it would be done around 4:28-4:33. I had went in to pick... it up and only my pizza was ready so I was waiting. I didn?t even get the correct pizza that I ordered, the cashier had told methat there were no crazy bread available so that I had to wait. I didn?t even get my pizza until after 5. While I was in there,another customer complained and she proceeded to hand him crazy bread after making me wait for it because there wasn?t any?available?. She handed me the wrong pizza, only two orders of breadsticks when I ordered 3. I ordered 2 garlic sauces and shetold me there weren?t anymore. While all of this going on, there were managers standing in the corner saying that they wouldn?thelp because ?they weren?t on the clock?. The cashier obviously had no idea what she was doing. After receiving half of myorder, I tried calling to get a refund for a half an hour while no one answered the phone at all. This is absolutely ridiculous.Instead of hiring people who have no idea what they?re doing, maybe hire someone who knows how to use their brain. Coming fromsomeone who manages a company, there needs to be new management since they don?t know how to manage their cashiers. Read more

This store does not get enough credit. For the last 6 years they have not been able to maintain staff until recently I have... noticed 2 young gentlemen who are consistently there. Customers are so rude to them but they continue to serve us and alwaysmake right when something was wrong. I wish corporate would do more for this store. We have pizza from here once a week and willcontinue to do so. Read more

I order online hoping that it will make my experience better. Nope. It says the order was put in the oven at 1:33 and when I got... here at 1:45 the cashier said oh we just put that in the oven it's gonna be a bit.
