So I ordered the big box special. 25.99. 2 med pizzas, 8 PC nuggets, and breadsticks. I thought it said 3 toppings, it was only... 1. Got extra cheese on both. I upgraded to cheese sticks. 1.99 difference on the menu.... So long story short, they charged me52.00. 20.00 for 4 toppings, extra cheese, and a 2.00 upgrade from bread sticks ON 2 MEDIUM PIZZA'S. TIme to go back to the Momand Pops and get your money s worth. It's a shame to pay so much for mediocre food at best. Read more

Pizza Hut in Machesney Park has a very good customer service and food. Staff is very friendly. Place is neat and clean.
Just tried to order and they said they only had one driver so it would take a while. No biggie, I get the struggle. Then to tell... me you can't find my house which you have delivered to multiple times. Then the finale was whoever was on the phone just saying"Yup" then hung up on me. What a joke. Read more
My order was not brought to my car until I called, then miraculously it was ready. The employee that brought it out was nice and... apologetic, but she also said her manager told her they messed up one of my pizzas and had to re-bake it. If that were the case,the manager should have come out and told me as such, and should have brought my order out themselves, and not use an employeeto avoid the situation. Read more
Service was fine but the pizza itself was not good at all. Hardly any cheese, could see the dough more than anything, same with... the toppings hardly anything. Will not be going again, very disappointed, that location use to be great not sure what happened. Read more
I like their bread sticks so ordered it and then made a huge mistake of ordering fries. Didn't want to drive to McDonalds so... thought will get it from same store thinking it's only fries. Fries tasted bad and quantity given to me was shocker. You cancount the no of fries they give you for $2.50. never again. Read more
Brent was great he was kind and very polite and generous. Didn't bad a eye to serve us when no servers were there .. it's... terrible they don't have servers or places to sit down to eat all over. But I do love their stuffed crust pizza. Read more
