Phenomenal!! Absolutely Phenomenal. We had looked all over the Rockford area for a place to host a surprise birthday party and... Sam's On Harlem turned out to be the perfect place. Extremely friendly staff, the food was incredible, and the space was veryclassy. All for a price that was very reasonable compared to everywhere else we looked. I heard about Sam?s through a friend of mine and decided to give it a try on a Saturday afternoon. I came in and sat at the bar... and noticed the restaurant was clean and the staff was attentive!!! I ordered a small pizza (well done) and a soft drink. Whenmy food arrived, it was just how I had hoped it would be seeing as though I wanted it well done. My husband recently did a catering order for his employer and it was incredible. Not a single complaint and everyone really... enjoyed their food. He was especially impressed because it was individual items vs trays of the same food. The owner even metwith him during the closed hours to accommodate him. He is very happy with his experience.
