Anytime I pass through Machesney Park, I always stop here for the Frisco Patty melt with extra Frisco sauce.
I?m not happy, they no longer have malts, their patties are so small and thin you have to get a double to taste any meat. But... the worst is that now I have to wait on myself. Order at a kiosk, and pick up my food. And when you order they ask you to give atip! I should get paid for doing their work. Most of the other fast food restaurants that have a kiosk also has option ofordering at a window. They got a 2 because I like the fries. Read more
My fries were old and cold they were not cooked fresh. My burger had burnt grilled onions which gave my sandwich a burnt taste... due to the onions, I tried to remove the burnt onions but they were melted into the cheese on the burger. Lastly the price ofthe milkshake has gone up $1.10 but they give you so much less than before, I asked if my cup could be filled to the rim and wastold the machine determines how much shake is given. Drove 3 hours just to come here and I wasn't disappointed. Even though you use a kiosk to order, we were still greeted and the... kiosk was easy to use. Very clean in the dining area and fast service. I had the double garlic burger and fries and both werehot and fresh. I would definitely recommend. Read more
I thought I was the only one who had a bad experience here recently very sad since I grew up eating there and had many birthdays... there. Idk what?s going on but please get it together. The burger meat was good the condiments I could taste that u guys put itin the cooler every night not fresh at all especially the pickles and onions fries were nuke war gross i will not be going backfor awhile and I hope there will be a business to fix because when I had got there I thought to my self wow I have never seenthis place so empty. I've gotten burgers here a number of times. In my opinion the burgers are cut above the typical McDonald's type burgers. The... french fries not so much. They are okay but McDonald's has better fries. Service at the drive up is generally pretty quick andthe staff is friendly and polite. Can't really ask much more than that for this type of restaurant. Honestly not what I expected when I was getting my food..the shakes were only filled about 75% of how they are normally filled.... The food placement was not good. I asked for ketchup and they did not provide it. The straws for the shakes are a lot smallerthan before and is very hard to get any Nutella shake through the straw. I paid over $20 for the order and this was not worthspending that much for the quality meal I have received.. Read more
There is no wait staff, just kitchen staff. You order your food from and pay at a kiosk and they call your name when it's ready.... It's kind of expensive now, more like Culver's without the friendly staff. Foods pretty good, but don't pay for upsized fries,they give you the same amount as the small either way. Read more
