Very clean but no paper towel or toilet paper to use, not great if you are a woman or young lady.
The store had a big parking lot with an entrance and exit it was cleared of all snow. There is a wheelchair parking spot with a... ramp I'm pretty sure the doors are automatic with a push button open them. Believe they are not having dining in it's just takeout or order on the app and pick it up. I went to order on the app and it said it was not taking orders after 7 p.m. but thestore was still open till 8 or 9 even . So check the hours or call. The store was really clean there was hand sanitizeroffered. Both times I went in here the staff was so awesome, friendly greeting at the front door , they washed thier hands,made everything correctly, very efficient as well as friendly. Read more
This Subway used to be my favorite intell someone else's took over and now u get enough meat on ur foot long as u would on 6" I... think if we are paying that money we should get what's supposed to be on it! The soups are never available and the customerservice isn't very good either sorry to complain but there's a huge difference in what I used to get for the same price I justfeel a little ripped off Read more
Staff didn't seem to give much of a F*** about their customers, personally idc because I dont like chatting either but when... people say hi or ask you how your day has been atleast answer them lol... asides from that it's a subway, the foods great ! Read more
I'm disabled and our Subway does not have a handicapped door system. It's 2 doors there and getting in there with my mobility... scooter can prove to be fairly difficult..But! The gal working there came and opened the dòor for me and held it there till Iwas safely in. I've even had the owner there come out to my van and taken my order and brought it out to me! Where do you everget service like That??!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SUBWAY IN MACKENZIE BC!! AND THE SUBS ARE GREAT! Thank you Subway and ownerand staff. Read more
It is a subway. It is exactly as good as any subway. If you need lunch and you want it quick you will find it here and it will... be better than what you would get at 711 the only other place for fast takeout in Mackenzie. Definitely not the best place intown to eat but definitely not the worst. Read more
