Stopped today on our way out of town. Ordered a one piece fish basket. NO coleslaw or tartar sauce and to sub a pickle spear... in the slaws place. After being told it was weird to not want those things I paid and went to wait. Picked up my food andleft. Got to the car and realized gave me the slaw and tartar sauce. Left out the pickle spear and they forgot the lemon. They also charged an additional dollar for a Togo order. Read more

This place closes promptly at 9:00pm, on the earlier side for the main strip so make sure to get there in time. Our family of... four ordered a nice variety which I forgot to take pictures of. 3 piece Fried whitefish, chicken tenders, and shrimp basketswere plenty for us. The shrimp was everyone?s favorite though everyone liked everything. Cole slaw was fantastic. A greatlittle stop on the main strip and prices are not insane. Our meal was around $50. We tried Scalawags Whitefish and Chips because of the higher rating on Google. We had a hard time finding it because it is set... back off the street. You can dine inside or outside of the restaurant. It reminded me of a cafeteria style restaurant. Youorder and pay for the food and they bring it to you. The inside of the restaurant was decorated with a fish decor, fishing rodsand reels. The food was delivered hot. The chips were good as was the hush puppy. The white fish had some dark meat in it andit was a bit fishy. The drinks were self serve so we ordered a small drink. I think if I wanted fast food, I?d go to thisrestaurant again.
