Went to breakfast and were impressed with the selection. Thea greeted us right away at our table with a beautiful smile and warm... greeting. We asked to split our omelet and she had the cook split it in the kitchen on separate plates. It was perfect andawesome portion of food when splitting. The food was awesome and service was great! We ate there twice during our stay. First day we had such great service and the prices are reasonable. Our second visit the... service wasn't as good but the food was still great. Had a wonderful buffet and was great for the kids! Don't waste your time atthe Dixie saloon or the Irish pub, they are the same restaurant and it was horrible, that's how we ended up trying this placeand we were so glad we did! It's hard to find a good place that's not too expensive in downtown Mackinac but this place wasgreat! Read more
A nice brunch place in Mackinaw city. They have a breakfast buffet too. The wait was too much but even after we got seated, the... it took forever for them to serve our order. But all the items tasted good so in the end it was worth it. Read more

We got in fairly quickly despite how busy they were. I ordered the breakfast buffet and it was delicious! The scrambled eggs... were moist and flavorful, and there were numerous toppings for the french toast (and pancakes). I left completely stuffed andsatisfied. I would definitely go back for more. So the food was very good but very pricey for breakfast. As a single person I got corned beef hash and coffee and was almost... $25. My sister and her 3 year old had breakfast and were almost $50. A side of 2 slices of bacon was $7. Good but not gold leafpricing good. Read more
This place was recommended by a local for having the best breakfast in town. I was promptly seated and got the $15.95 breakfast... buffet. It had the whole breakfast spectrum including eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy, pancakes, French toast fresh fruit, sconesetc. The cooked to order meals were almost as much or more then the buffet price so it was a better value. People were sayingit?s pricy but I always like to put into perspective by saying ?it?s still cheaper then Vegas.? Friendly and prompt servicefrom my J-1 Romanian waitress. Clean Buffett being re-supplied often. Street parking. Indoor/outdoor seating with tables, boothsand flat tops. They lost one star due to a 3% credit card fee that was not posted and I didn?t see till the check came. C?mon,you?re in a high tourist area. At least post the fee on the door or window.
