Nice building, food is always made well. Biggest downside is it usually takes forever. Still faster than a sit down restaurant,... but if you're looking to save time it's definitely really slow compared to other fast food places. So if you're fine withwaiting longer than you'd expect for your food from a place like this. You'll leave happy, staff is nice and helpful. Fooddelivery is slow as molasses. Read more
Have not got a good meal yet, fries and ice cream are decent atleast.

I was there yesterday. Was a good interaction in the drive thru. Ended with giggles even. Ordered the meal deal, a burger meal,... and a flamethrower meal. We received all items but the flamethrower. I went inside and explained the missing burger. The staffconsisted of teenagers. Which isn't a problem! I've been working since 13 years of age, but they require a lot of training. Onestaff member displayed a defensive and offended demeanor. "No, I did put it in there, I did" with a scrunched facial expression.I said no I'm sorry but you didn't and mentioned not to take this personally, just want the item I did not receive. I could hearsomeone in the back "well.. what's wrong with the burger then?" So I said.. j didn't get it is the problem. Another staff membercame out read my receipt and told me I didn't order 3 burgers, which I pointed put the meal deal the flamethrower and baconcheeseburger which is 3 meals that was paid for. They asked if I just wanted another one while signing on to the till Isaid.... yes but I'm not paying for it... I didn't get it in the first place. 5 minutes of being told I'm wrong and suggested topay again. Wasn't necessary or professional During this time, a woman is asking staff about the cakes... the staff could notanswer questions this woman had about the cake. She looked at me and said "they don't know what's in their own cakes?" A lotmore training needs to occur A LOT. Especially on defensiveness and customer service. Read more
The bottom half of the burger bun is always soggy. You should serve more fries with the combos if you are going to charge 13... bucks for a combo. The people serving the food are great. Read more
