Went through drive through at 6:08 pm and they wouldn't serve us any ice cream. They don't "close" until 7:00 pm and had already... pulled all the ice cream! Terrible customer service. Linc was very rude. He even stuck his head out of the drive through windowas we passed by and continued to be unprofessional and made offensive comments. He should be fired. Read more
It took a little longer than normal to get our food because they're short handed but they made up for it. Very nice staff
Don?t do it. Slowest staff on planet earth. Also- out of cones, vanilla ice cream, chocolate ice cream. Why? How? Open sign... off @4:00 yet they were not closed. Might as well pack your janky store up and leave town. Pathetic. Read more
I have to be gluten free and dairy free. Google stated their would be something for me here and before their was a gluten free... brownie as well as dairy free ice cream choices. This time there was nothing for me. Made me really sad. Read more
So, Pulled in. Asked them what kind of ice cream they have. They tell us, 10 minutes before they close. The guys says ?actually... we are closed.? So, they wouldn?t serve us after telling us the ice cream they have. I think it?s pretty sad that the time itsays online to close is 10pm. They actually close at 7pm. A single scoope on the 31st is only $1.75 i was charged full price and i ordered four single scoopes and got 2 singles and a... double. And the person that was at the drive through window was not wearing gloves and touched the end of all of my spoons. Iwill not be going back to this location or possibly any other location again. Been there twice, never got service, left both times. First time, like 30 minutes after opening hour, staff person was sitting... outside in car waiting for someone to open store. Second time was 5 minutes before closing. I went to drive thru, no one tookorder. I eventually drive around and see girl that was working staring at her phone. My grandson's loved the ice cream and I loved my iced coffee with sugar free toasted almond!!!! Great service and very friendly
