We went to dinner there for the first time lastnight before the football game. I had the best cheeseburger I?ve ever had. My... husband had the tenderloin & he enjoyed it as well. The staff was very pleasant, it was so clean (even the bathroom). Theatmosphere was very inviting. I would highly recommend going there & we will again whenever we?re back in Macomb. Thank you! We had a long day at the Spoon River Drive and was headed home, we decided to go through Macomb and was trying to decide what to... do for supper. When we are out and about we like something we?ve never tried before. We chose this place on the square, grantedwe had a long day but knew there might be a wait. So, like I said we had to wait but honestly it wasn?t that long, a gentlemancame over and chatted with us and offered us drinks but my daughter only got one. He kept checking on us and letting us knowabout our table. They also had like 30 football players in there too. We got our table the waitress was great. Kept apologizingfor the wait and we were all fine with it no problem. They brought part of the food out and the waitress comes back and she wasso embarrassed that someone had taken our food somewhere else. No big deal we said. The same gentleman kept checking on us andhaving conversations, he was very nice. Before our food came the manager had our waitress bring us all a piece of cake for ourtroubles. They didn?t charge for the other parties drinks and they took my meal off. These people were wonderful the whole timeand our waitress was right on everything. Our kind of place! This was our first time here. The owner was very nice and worked right along with his stuff! ( Always like... seeing this when need be ????) Our waitress was Dallas she was awesome!! We had brisket nachos to share and I had shrimp tacosand my husband had Cajun chicken breast dinner. Had Piranha's wrap it was so yummy!!! The buffalo tarter definitely made the wrap!! It wasn't too spicy it was just the perfect... amount of spicy and yummy! Definitely would recommend this place and plan on going back! Customer service was just as great asthe food! Read more

Enjoyed lunch here, ordered brisket tacos, they were tasty. Also enjoyed smash burger and tator tots.

I ordered the Shrimp Tacos from here, and they were pretty bland. Everything on the taco had virtually no real flavor- the pico... added little to the flavor, since it was mostly tomatoes. The Avocado Aioli they put on it had no flavor either, aside from avery faint avocado taste (and if you've had avocado you know they dont have much flavor to begin with). The shrimp was nicelyfried but seemed to have no seasoning, not even salt tossed on them after frying. Im pretty sure they put arugula on it butdidn't bother to pick out the stems. I think the basis of this dish is a good start; it just needs some work. Edit: to theowner, if you want a successful business in anything learn to take criticism. You sound so childish replying to people the waythat you do. Be grateful you still have a small business instead of using covid as an excuse for your food to be horrible. I didthink about coming back to give some other food a try, but frankly after seeing your customer service I think I'll just leave itat that. Your first impression on me was mediocre and boring.
