Like the donuts and ice cream. Wish there was more food foods there. Great customer service and clean environment.

I ordered the sourdough sandwich and an avocado toast with bacon. The person at the to-go window grabbed a whole bunch of... napkins in a crumpled fist and handed them to me. Apparently that's where the receipt was. This becomes important because as Idrove out and went to open the avocado toast, I discovered there was not a single piece of bacon on it but instead it hadroasted tomatoes on it. So I went back and tried to get that corrected and they said they couldn't do anything without areceipt. I of course had never seen a receipt because all I had gotten was what I thought was a handful of crumpled napkins. SoI go back to my car to look for my receipt, but still didn't see it, so I decided to just bring everything in-coffee with to-gosticker, food items and crumpled napkins. Still didn't see the receipt but finally discovered it amongst my crumpled napkins asI stood at the counter looking for a way to prove I'd been there just minutes before at the to-go window. She finally took thething back and replaced it with a correct avo toast/bacon. The whole ridiculousness took at least 5 minutes, and there was neveran apology for the error or inconvenience. Meanwhile, my other sandwich got cold, so I'm toasting it in the oven. So, whatcould've taken 30 seconds- apology, slap some warmed up bacon on that sucker, and have a nice day-instead took closer to tenminutes becausegod help them, they now have to go throughsome cumbersome Process (gotta capitalize the P). And now I'm usingelectricity to heat up my damn sandwich. For a $15+ order, I expect better. I don't know if corporate America nickel and dimingus to death and dehumanizing us is the reason workers are now demanding to see a receipt before correcting a to-go order placedliterally minutes before. I suspect it is. If so, I need to start making my own damn breakfast sandwiches. Read more

Staff not so friendly...inside needed some cleaning. Donuts were good. Hash brown bites were soggy and stuck together

Extremely rude service, worker had ice cream in his hand, and we told him politely that it was not our order, so the worker... asked what our total was, and we told him we didn?t know, so then we were laughed at and pointed at, and then straws were thrownat us. Came late morning on 8/7/2022. Service was slow. Three employees and long drive-thru line. Counter was slow, but had a trainee.... Two guys ahead kept asking asinine questions about how drinks were made. Then one of them complained about caramel being swirledon inside of the cup instead of drizzled on top. He watched the shift leader remake it. Once it was remade he complained aboutthe amount of ice in the iced coffee. So she remade it again. Trainee and shift leader gave the other guy two different answerswhen he asked the exact same question about fruit servings per smoothie by size. When I finally got my order, I ended up paying$6.59 for a toasted bagel plain with a small tub of garden veg cream cheese on the side. No drink. My friend said the brownsugar iced coffee was watered down and was missing a shot of sweetener, as in it didn't taste like the one she had before. Shehad to go to the counter and ask for a shot of sweetener. Not sure I'll go back. If I do, it'll be sticking to the doughnuts onthe back wall, and plain black coffee. Read more

Super disappointed with our experience today. I love Dunkin? coffee and come here multiple times a week, however the service is... EXTREMELY slow most times. It takes an upwards of 30 mins at times to get a coffee, you will sit at the speaker and be told towait for I am not kidding 10 mins just to other your drink. Today however was the worst, I ordered a Charli cold foam and myhusband had an iced coffee..they handed us our drinks and his looked like water with a tinge of brown and my charli COLD FOAMhad no foam..when I told them I had the cold foam they said yeah that?s what that is...then they took the drink and just added asmidgen of foam on top. My husband said his coffee tastes extremely watered down. I am highly dissatisfied as if I?m going tospend $5+ per coffee and wait 30 minutes I would expect it to at least be correct. Read more
