New Review: Things seem to not have improved at JJ. Today I placed a pickup order on the app, and waited 30 minutes while the... tracker still not say it is ready. Finally, I go to the store to see it sitting there, and it looks like it has been sittingthere for a while too. I check the app, still says it is not ready. I am changing my stars from 3 to 2. It seems my before issuewas not one of taking forever, but lack of training. The fact that these 2 incidents occurred months apart tells me this JJstore has no desire to correctly train employees on how to indicate when an order is ready for pickup. Old Review 1: Recently,things have changed at JJ. One time, I ordered the big sandwich, and it barely had any meat (like they took the normalsandwiches meat, and spread it out over the bigger bread without anything more.) The other day I ordered an online pickup, andit took 40 minutes to fulfill 2 sandwiches. 40 minutes... For 2 sandwiches. I would've just gone to Walmart and bought all theingredients if I had known it takes that long for a pickup order. I'm changing my stars from 5 to 3. If you want a sandwich,McAlister's or ISS is probably a better pick now. Old Review 2: I get JJ all the time. Delivered and picked up, I've never hadany issues nor wrong orders. The clerk that took her order was absolutely adorable and friendly. More than once now have gotten a sandwich (and with no exaggeration) ordered as stated on the menu but made with very little of... anything, with at at least one ingredient missing, and on bread nearly gutted out to the point it was slightly more than justcrust. First occurrence I'll say may be a mistake, but several times on subsequent visits means one or more of three things: 1)lack of ingredients/low quantity due to supply issues (which customers should be made aware of before paying for inferiorproduct), 2) lack of/inadequate training of new employees, 3) corporate cost-cutting policy at customers' expense. Don't botherselling something if there will no longer be standards. I'll go elsewhere now that wants business (like ISS). Read more

Just dropped $45 on sandwich fixings at Hyvee because JJ General Manager told me it was 'impossible' (that's right, folks...it... apparently violates the laws of thermodynamics!) to make an Italian sandwich wrap. Called corporate who explained it's aninventory issue to ensure supply of 'limited-time' items. All manager had to do was charge me for 2 sandwiches, one limited andone regular, and invert the toppings, but apparently it also violates the laws of thermodynamics to use one's imagination and doyour job well. Super lame corporate bootlicking experience. Read more

The sandwich was up to the JJ standards, fast and fresh! However the cashier gave my nephew his sandwich with no bag, napkins or... even a thank you for shopping. Why would you give a customer their food like it's a football (when oil will leak everywhere)instead providing proper things your suppose to give a customer? IDK but I told him to give it back and never let a business whowants your money treat you like your not valued. She then provided what she should have in the first place. I did a mobile orderand it was wrapped and packaged correctly, maybe because she didn't know who would show up? I will give them another surpriseinspection hopefully with better service. Read more

I called and ordered two meals, they did not listen to how I wanted my sandwiches and drinks. They forgot my chips so I called... and the guy sounded to me like he had an attitude. Usually freaky fast, not tonight. They are usually good, sucks. Read more
