I've had a lot of bad experiences with this particular McDonald's recently. On one occasion, I ordered using their app. They... made me pull up and wait. After waiting more than 20 minutes in the drive thru line, my food was cold. I had them remake it. Thenext time, I again had to pull up and wait 20 minutes, but this time I never received my order, but everyone else had. I had togo inside, then back to my car to get my receipt because they insisted on it, then back in to get them to remake myorder. Tonight, I was asked to pull up again even though there was nobody else in line, because they were making fries. I saidthat I preferred not to pull up because the last time I had been forgotten. I was calm, not rude. Someone else came up, probablythe shift manager, and with a snippy tone insisted I had to pull up even though nobody was in line besides me. She came out afew minutes later with my order, and guess what? The fries were lukewarm. So because she was p***** off, she gave me old fries,and the reason she made me pull up - making fresh fries - was apparently conveniently discarded for the sake of pettiness. It'sa stupid policy to have people pull forward when there's no line, but I can understand if they're required by their boss toenforce it. However, her petty and unprofessional behavior was uncalled for. Read more
I used to order fish fillets, cheese burger, egg sandwiches and fries. One request, you should not mix these foods with ham or... any other meat. Vegans and halal seeking people wants to eat. But they don?t know the inside procedures. McDonald can increasetheir business by addressing niche customers. Read more
Slowest drive thru I have ever had. Been in line for 30 + minutes and still no food. Unacceptable!! Update!! Just came out to... get our receipt!!!! They don?t have any idea what is ordered. He did the same to the 5 cars behind us!!!!.35 minutes!!!! We havefood. Ordered 2 Big Macs. Buy one get one, Didn?t get the free one?. Not waiting. What a joke that place is. Read more
Friendly service and fresh hot food made to special order! Oh, and a pup cup! ???? ????
Slow. One guy had to have something fixed with his order TWICE, after waiting for 10 minutes to get it. My cheeseburger only... had HALF a patty on it. I was not handed a cup for my drink, me and several others had to grab our own cups! Read more

I'm honestly disappointed in this place. Normally it's phenomenal, but my last visit here, my quarter pounder was half raw. I... just got over a serious illness so now I have to worry about this. Thanks. UPDATE 12/6/22: We opted to go back today, and itwas loads better this time around. Bumped up to four stars. Still needs a little work but the drive thru workers were supernice. Read more
