Probably one of the better fast food places in the Macomb area. Our only complaint was that it took a bit for us to receive our... food, but it looked like it was just one guy handling drive thru and the front counter. Not his fault. I ended up canceling my order, which I had originally placed on the app. When I got there, the coffee I had ordered wasn't... available because apparently their coffee machine was broken. They told me I could replace it with a fountain beverage, which Iwasn't super keen about. When I asked them to tell me what was available, I was told to to look at the speaker. Imisunderstood, and looked at the menu but couldn't read what the items were because there was condensation on the beverage menu.So he told me the same thing again when I said I couldn't read it, and then I realized it was a row of tiny stickers that werepractically unreadable from a few feet away. I had to get out of the car and look at them close up. So I commented that that'swhat I had to do and I was a little sarcastic about it. At that point, the manager threatened to cancel my order. I wasflabbergasted and said, "I'm right here," to which he said he didn't have to serve me because I was being rude. So, instead ofgetting the hint that maybe his customers can't read the items because the print is unreasonably small, or that customers mighthave a visual impairment, he decided to be rude. I decided to cancel anyway. I didn't want a fountain drink, and after all thatBS, I was disgusted and angry. Mind you, this is also the place that upcharged me for guacamole which I ordered but never got.They never responded or even apologized when I called or visited in person to ask for a refund. The Macomb Il location is the worst they are out of tons of ingredients every time I've been in. I'm not sure who does the... ordering there but they are not doing their job just getting a paycheck. One day, after a volleyball my friends and I decided to get some Taco Bell. But this Taco Bell was more like Taco Hell! When my... teammates and I walked in the Taco Bell to order Baja blast freeze and Doritos Locos taco. This worker came up to us yelled atus to get out and that we had to order online. I will never come back here. I am disappointed and disgusted with how they handlecustomers and people that go there to have a good time. I will never come here again and I will be taking my service to the TacoBell in Canton IL. Read more
Food is almost always wrong and or missing items, one night we went through for dinner. Got home only to realize my husbands... entire meal was missing. Tried calling multiple times and got no answer. He went back and went into the lobby and literallywaited 15 mins before he was acknowledged and ended up being there an hour waiting on his food that they forgot on our originalorder. No apology, no refund, no extra anything as compensation. Haven?t been back since. Read more

I had to do two separate orders tonight they were unable to complete my first order because their fryer was down. And then on my... second order they were out of black beans as well. The employee was less than helpful the first time on the first order and wasa little more helpful on the second order. The burritos we got and my nachos were good. I've always had a great experience with this store. The staff may seem unfriendly to some, but they work at fast food in a... college town so I know they're probably over worked and under appreciated. They've always been fast with their orders andfriendly with me personally. Unless they're absolutely slammed they've never once screwed up my food. This is the best Taco Bellin the area. Read more
