Last few times we?ve gotten cold fries, this time 1 large fry missing and cold fries! We tried this Arbys again, cold fries... again! I also tried emailing and it would not go through. My husband, who just had a knee replacement had to get out of the carto find that the doors to the restaurant were locked. So to get new hot fries he would have had to sit in the long drivethrough again. Read more
Worst food ever, waited forever for my order to be taken. Thought I would get fresh HOT food but that was totally not the case.... Fries were cold, cheese on the French dip wasn?t melted and the meat was cold. The Ajou sauce wasn?t even hot. Never again willI visit this location, total disappointment Read more
Service was great. Fries were over cooked for my preference. And i don't know why but it seems no Arby's locations include... Arby's sauce anymore unless you ask. Ended up with a bland sandwich (my fault should have asked anyways). Read more
just got the family dinner, the bread on the gyro was stale and in 4 pieces. Cold and nasty, there was 2 tiny pieces of meat on... the sandwich and unedible. Kids sandwiches we not as ordered either.
