When I moved to the area 2 years ago I gave this place 5 stars easily. Since then they have slowly gone down hill. Over an hour... wait for fried food now? How? Used to be 20 min. Not worth waiting on plus they know it'll be a long wait so they lie to yourepeatedly telling you 5 more min ( if you can decipher their whispering mumbles) untill 45 mins pass and your late for whatever you where going to do. Slow moving, unmotivated, sloppy looking, incompetent staff. I used to love this place. Waiting onmy last order now, it's been one hour and 12 mins and counting ......never...never...ever...again! What an absolute failure of abusiness. SMH...p.s. the staff here are the epitome of ignorance! Read more
I called my order in, was given a time. I gave them an extra 10 mins. When I got there, no one could find my order. They said... they were going to prepare it for me... no thanks.... I called in because I didn't have time to wait. Read more
Not impressed. I ordered the cod and the shrimp combos. No tartar sauce, no cocktail sauce(lemon would have been nice).... According to the sign there was also bread included but was nowhere in sight and not in the bag. I live fairly close to thislocation and the fries were soggy by the time I got home. Portions were adequate but not large by any means. These were notcheap meals so I expected a little better. I will not be back. Read more

Be carful from these thieves. I ordered 2 large cod fish and I was satisfied with the order and decent size of the pieces. I... ordered again same order few days after, I was charged the same price as the first order but they gave me two tiny pieces fromthe tail part. I didn?t realize that until I drove almost 7 miles away, I called and they blamed it on the distributor!! Checkyour order before you pick it up. Read more
Anybody who says the whole wings here aren't incredible is a liar. Why are you getting shrimp? Its a wing place. Service is for... sure slow but whatever its good chicken. Read more
I tried their food for the first time last evening. The shrimp was severely overcooked, the hushpuppies were so salty I didn't... eat them, the mac & cheese was good, but I will bet it was stouffers (it sure tasted like it! I will try the Sterling locationsome day, maybe it was just the Macomb location. But I'm not optimistic! Read more
