I got an order of cinnamon twists and got 2 icings with it. After delivery I noticed I didn?t get the icing (which costs extra... money). I called and at first my only offer was to get credit for my next order. I said no I?d like to get it now. They saidthey would deliver it after 3 deliveries they had to do first, I said ok. Well they closed and never brought me the icing. I?monly 1 mile up the road (I am at work), and I had given the driver a 18-20% tip already. Maybe I would have even gave anotherfor delivering the icing but he didn?t. Guess the world will never know. Read more
Ordered 2 pizzas and lava cake. Food wasn?t even hot. I ordered at 748 website said 16 to 35 min delivery. The driver which was... nice left at 822 and didn?t get to me until 855. Very disappointing! Read more
Only posting 2 stars because of the staff being so kind. However, the chicken Alfredo was awful! Glad to know corporate takes... over and they no longer do bread bowls but they do Chicken Alfredo with half the noodles and the tiniest piece of chicken. Thiswas literally enough to feed my 2 year old! I guess I will have to find another location. Read more

Ordered dinner with my fiancé for easy and relaxing Friday night. As the pictures attached, ordered 16 plain wings with sauce... cups. So, called the store hoping to get an apology and come to a resolution. When an employee answered, I explained what hashappened and first thing he said was, I can remake it and send it to you but it will take two hours. Please note, in that brief2 minute conversation, he never apologized for making a mistake. So I asked, you made the mistake but you are telling me to wait2 hours to get my food that I?ve actually ordered? And he said I have 20 active orders with 2 drivers.. I proceeded to ask, thisis how you are going to handle your mistake? Oh okay. I will contact HQ and file a complaint. He offered to refund my money backfor the ordered without asking my info. I called back and spoke with someone else and he said when I called from the phone theinformation pulled. I said okay. He offered to give me a credit on my next order so I told him I don?t want it because I willnot order from Dominos moving forward - so he refunded the whole order. However, no one apologized for the mistake they havemade on my order. It could have ended differently if someone was well trained enough to first acknowledge the concern that Icalled with. Very disappointed and will still call to file a complain as to how the store handled the situation. Their employeesneed to be trained better. Read more
