I?m drinking my same coffee as I always get, French vanilla iced coffee with creamer and this black chunk comes flying up my... straw and into my mouth. I couldn?t stop gagging I couldn?t figure out what it was. I brought the drink back to them just likethis and asked if they could tell what it was and they couldn?t. They just said it can?t be from their machines. I told themthey need to clean them properly or more often because how else does THAT get in my drink and again they said no it?s not that.I?m upset because they really didn?t take it seriously and I go there pretty often.
