Food is average to below average. They no longer have a French Cruller donut, not making this up. I thought getting rid of the... jelly stick and toasted coconut was crazy, but they outdid themselves now. I also think they cut the amount of coffee used tobrew a pot, tastes watered down. I?m drinking my same coffee as I always get, French vanilla iced coffee with creamer and this black chunk comes flying up my... straw and into my mouth. I couldn?t stop gagging I couldn?t figure out what it was. I brought the drink back to them just likethis and asked if they could tell what it was and they couldn?t. They just said it can?t be from their machines. I told themthey need to clean them properly or more often because how else does THAT get in my drink and again they said no it?s not that.I?m upset because they really didn?t take it seriously and I go there pretty often. I love this Dunkin'. This is probably my favorite one I've been to. The employees are very nice and they are usually pretty... quick with drinks. I've been coming here for a couple months and haven't had any issues with my orders. I definitely recommend! Read more
The best Dunkin I've ever been to. It is immaculately clean, their donuts are always stocked and fresh even if it's 6:00 p.m. on... a Sunday. Every employee I have encountered in here is friendly and my drinks are always perfectly made. Read more
Will most definitely not be going here again. I have made multiple attempts to grab some coffee @ 5:30 in the morning & will... often find a car in the parking lot, lights on & nobody will be there to take my order & doors will be locked. Ridiculous. Read more
First they were out of donuts next they apparently didn?t have any lemonade to make the refresher I ordered so they made it with... green tea instead which is fine normally except that it?s for my children who I really don?t want to have caffeine. I was excited to visit this location as I havent been since it opened. Was going in for the White Chocolate holiday drink which... they didnt have. I ended up going with the gingerbread one which was ok. The Munchkins werent good, tasted very stale and old.Strawberry frosted donut was pretty with with snowflake sprinkles and my kid didnt have any complaints, sadly dont think we willbe back. Read more
I come here a bunch and have gotten the toasted white chocolate before but I just got a mobile pickup and it was the best yet....
