Bacon cheeseburger had one piece of bacon broken in half to look like 2 strips, bacon was also burnt. Very stingy on toppings ,... lettuce and pickles. Would never pay over $12 for this burger again. Also got a large FF that was soggy / oily, it was likethey dint cook them long enough just grouse. My one son got a cheeseburger and milk shake he liked it. My other son got agrilled cheese and liked it but is 2 years old so eats anything and everything. With drinks the total was over $45 for 3 of us.Not terrible if the food would of been good but the quality of FF was not there today, and the bacon cheeseburger was sub par atbest. Mason excels in customer service! I had a very small wait for my online pickup order and Mason not only acknowledged but offered... a water cup. He was working very hard. He called out ticket times and seemed well organized. I am extremely impressed with hisprofessionalism. Read more
Over priced! $25 for 2 burgers, reg. Fries and reg. Drink. Processed cheese and canned mushrooms?? Nothing gold about their... burgers. Would have been cheaper at a local restaurant. Went up $3.00 on a burger? Fries taste like oil. Nothing was tasty. Onlything I really enjoyed was my coke. Very disappointing. Won't be back to any 5 Guys anywhere. Read more

I?ve only had five guys one other time and this store was brand new then. From ordering until complete, with a huge line, was... very quick considering they cook them fresh when you order. The burger was out of this world tasty! Great job guys! Read more
