Made me wait about 10-15 minutes for my food and then gave me the wrong order that did not have a single food item in common.... Par for the course with establishments like this unfortunately. Would not recommend wasting your hard earned money on a placethat will make you wait and then give you the wrong food. Lady also took my order extremely quickly and did not read me back mytotal at all, just told me to pull forward in a rude tone, so maybe she genuinely got my order that incorrect. Read more
I just want to take the time to mention a young gentleman named Trent who went completely out of his way to fix a doordash order... that I was picking up for somebody. Who hijacked and he went through remaking order for me and bringing it out to me veryefficiently and effectively and I just want to mention that he should be recognized for his customer service and friendlinessespecially at 3:00 in the morning. The night shift here is amazing but whoever the hell is managing the day shift needs to stop leaving those ppl alone cause my... order is never right during the day. I work at another McDonald?s and i don?t mess up orders continuously so this is strangethat it happens so often from this location. Yall not putting my sauce cause you petty??? Made this post 3 years ago about how awful this McDonald's is and was on my way home and decided to stop in again and come to... find out just as bad as it was 3 years ago. I wanted to write a review about how bad it was and it popped up that i had alreadyposted a review 3 years ago lol. Please close this establishment. Ordered 2 meals no other customers were here and couldn't getit right. I wish I could leave a negative star review. I just want to let you know that I go out of my way to order from this location, even though there is one a few blocks away from... me! I order breakfast burritos a couple times a week and they are ALWAYS fresh and delicious! Read more
I'll have to say the food was good as usual, however, the customer service is terrible, the way this lady spoke on the intercom... was snobby as all get out, and then we ordered two big breakfasts and two ice waters, they only gave us two syrups, didnt giveus our water either.. we asked for extra and she got really rude and yelled that the syrups were in the bag I went in to getmore, and she handed me one and told me that they charge for that, I tell you they really don't care about you. This is the best McDonalds around! The people are always friendly and I always get my food fast. There?s one particular employee... that I have noticed is a really hard worker.
