Absolutely terrible customer service. They forgot the cheese on my burgers and I said nothing last time. This time they forgot... the "no mustard" part. I navigated the Garfield traffic to go back. Only reimbursement was 2 with no mustard. I could have takenthem home to eat with my now hour old cheese sticks as they suggested a free extra cup of marinara, as if it would heat or crispthem up. I declined their free marinara offer and just took refund at that point. Be sure to check your food! Read more
Normally 4 stars so I'm not going to 1 star them for one bad time, but there is no way whoever put my soup in the bag didn't... know it was cold when they spooned it out. Read more
I've lived all over the area and this is one of, if not, the best National Coney Islands. They have me ordering from here once a... week now. They are consistent. The food is good, all of the time, not just some of the time (like most restaurants now a days). Read more
Food was very good and fresh! Staff was very attentive and helpful. I had a patty melt and it was a good size and very good.... Bread was grilled nice and crunchy not soggy like alot of other places. And of course had cheesy fries. Delicious plenty ofcheese and fresh fries!! Read more
October 9 2022: Very unimpressed with our last two visits. Today we were seated and greeted quickly and our order was taken... quickly, which was great however we then watched 3 tables that came at least 10 mins after us get there food before us. Ourwaitress never acknowledged that our food was taking an extremely long time for as moderate as their business was at the time.Finally food arrives, fries were hot both Hani's were cold from waiting for the fries. Waitress didn't come back till halfwaythru so wasn't worth complaining. She brought our check we put our payment out right away and she proceeded to sit at thecounter with two other waitresses talking for about 10 mins until she realizes she had dropped off our check. We were her onlytable at the time. So, between this and the last time being charged for dressings without being told and being brought sub parfood both times I will not be back to this location. We get far better food and service at the location on Gratiot near MacombMall, and they don't charge for ranch dressing with your fries or Hani. Very disappointing. Read more
Absolute worst Coney in the area for service. Some of the older waitresses need to get the younger ones up to speed. Total... cluelessness. Terrible. Hard to believe how clueless honestly, just had to walk out before ordering. Read more
Prior to my last three visits I would have given them five stars. I give them three stars because at least at this particular... restaurant I'm assuming at the others also it tastes as if they have changed their beef. The hamburgers tasted like what Iimagine dog food taste like, not very pleasant, especially to someone who only goes to this restaurant when I have extra moneymaybe once a month. I ordered the hamburger and thought it was just one off maybe they had gotten my order confused and givingme the vegetarian hamburger and that's why it tasted funny. The next time I went back it was the same. So last night I orderedthe Coney dogs and the hamburger that is in the Coney mix had the same odd flavor. Read more
was interrupted several times during my over the phone order. Caught onto the attitude i was being given when i was asked 3... times to repeat myself because they couldn?t understand my order over them talking while I was trying to order. definitely notthe best customer service experience of a lifetime, but they have good food so it wasn?t a total waste of money.
