Ordered a greek salad and very disappointed. Greek dressing was honestly gross. I asked for extra olives and extra feta and per... the photos, got the saddest amount of both. 4 olives and what appears to be a tablespoon of feta. I visited this restaurant yesterday and my experience was extremely disappointing but unfortunately common. I walked in and... stood at the host stand to get a dine in table. A waitress told me someone would be right with me. I waited at least 8 minuteswhile at least three waitresses entered and exited the kitchen, which takes them right past the host stand and me. I was theonly potential customer standing in the lobby during this time. Then, another customer came in to pick up a carry out order. Thestaff person came from the back to help him and never said anything to me. She went to the back to retrieve his order. In themeantime, wait staff walked by me 4 additional times without seating me at a table. I then stopped one on the 5th attempt toignore me and asked for the manager. The manager came from the back and approached the man who had already been helped to askhim how can he help. This customer who had already been helped informed the manager that he didn't ask for him. I flagged themanager down, all while standing directly in front of the host stand. I explained to the manager everything that I wrote hereand suggested that he train his staff. I also highlighted that he did the same thing his staff did. He showed preferentialtreatment towards the other customer over me. I never received service, I was ignored, and I was treated as I was invisible bythe staff and the manager as the icing on the cake. To whoever is replying to reviews, there is no need to reply. Do not attemptto contact me. I don't want or need any discounted meals from you. I only suggest you improve your staff training and yourselfin the area of serving customers fairly and equitably. I hope customers who read this make wise decisions about where to spendyour money and do so where you are seen and valued. I can only assume why the other customer who came in after me got promptservice from staff and the manager. That's not for me to share but I shared only the indisputable facts. Read more
It seems to be hit and miss with this location. The fries were delivered (DD) cold and then after eating 2-3 curly fries, this... was kind of chunked up in the middle with 2 more curly fries and there might have been two more curly fries and the rest of thison the bottom of the container. The Olga's and salad were good. UPDATE: After I saw Olga's did reach out I emailed and theydid compensate. 8/23/22 I ordered a family meal delivery and I don't suggest the chicken shawarma. It was super dry, cinnamonchicken. The Olga's were good and the strawberry salad was really tasty. As I said originally, hit and miss but I did increasethe rating. 11-23-22: Delivery. WAY TOO SALTY! Added to the fact there's half a lb of cheese on my "make it larger plus 3cheese" original Olga? and no extra Olgasauce like requested. The spinach pie was a disappointment for the price.
