Tried this place for our anniversary. While the food is good, it is very rich and heavy. They also try too hard to be different... with their menu, for example the chicken fried lobster was good but went too far with bacon in the waffle and ricotta cheese onit. The drinks were very good. Our second date night here. I don?t even have the words to explain how amazing the food, drinks, service, and overall experience... of going here is. So far tried 6 different plates of food and they do not disappoint! We will be back to try more! Wouldrecommend anyone that wants to get away from the norm and not regret it! MVP to Robbie our server/bartender! This man knows hisway around cocktails! Have never liked tequila but both drinks I get here are tequila based! Love them! Regale craft food & drink is a hidden gem and excellent place to enjoy! The dishes are all spun in a unique way making them... absolutely delicious. We had the wonton tuna tacos for an appetizer, the chicken fried lobster and pan seared salmon for theentrees. Our server, Angie S., was outstanding she checked in on us no less than 10 times during our meal. The food was out ofthis world in flavor! Highly recommend! The food, the service, the atmosphere, all top notch! If you have not had the opportunity to go yet, make those reservations!... Also, go with others so you can try more of a variety like we did. We were able to try: Tuna tacos, Korean baby back ribs,Charred green beans, Stuffed piquillo peppers, Pb&j chicken wings, Baked feta cheese, Scottish eggs & Lambempanadas. Everything was great. I think the wings were the most surprising - we were not expecting that flavor combo to workso well! What everyone says about the charred green beans is absolutely true and do not sleep on the peppers! We also tried all3 desserts but the Canadian butter tart was out of this world. Was our first time at Regale today. We wanted to check it out due to all of the great reviews. Even though they were busy and we... didn't have reservations they still squeezed us in. The people were extremely friendly and inviting. Many custom unique craftcocktails were on special and the wife enjoyed hers. We ordered the Chicken Fried Lobster, Tuna Tacos and the Jumbo Crab Cake.All three were brought out very quickly and were very delicious. Really enjoyed this place and we are happy it's close. This was our first time here. This is one of the best restaurants anywhere. The customer service is friendly and they make you... feel like you're dining with family. The two beverages we enjoyed were the Date Night (with date infused vodka) and theRedemption is Here. They were awesome. The food was other worldly. The portions were perfectly moderate. Not tiny and nothuge. After sharing two awesome appetizers, Wonton Tuna Tacos and Mushroom Croquettes, an entree (Home made gnocchi and BakedRatatouille) and two desserts (Belgian Mousse Cake and Canadian Butter Tart), we left with a huge smile on our faces. Even thedessert was well balanced and not overly sweet. My wife and I are vegetarians and they had a large selection from which tochoose. This is the perfect restaurant for date night!
