Went to Taco Bell on Gratiot at about 10pm. Waited in drive thru line over 15 minutes. Finally drove up to window and seen... workers sitting around doing nothing. I told them people were waiting . They seemed to care less. I tried to order at the windowthey told me to go back in line that they couldn't take my order there. By that time there were 10 cars in line!! Awfulservice!! Was there 10/8 around noon and the 2 older women working there were not friendly at all. Neither one smiled, talked nice to me... or eachother for that matter. We were only patrons there and acted as though we were bothering them with our presence. Also theMexican pizza tasted funny like there were chemicals in it. Went here last night and ordered a Mexican pizza combo with 2 tacos and a drink and a cheesy Gordita crunch. My girlfriend was... so excited to get a Mexican pizza. When we got home she took one bite and said this tastes funny like it has chemicals in it. Itook a bite and thought the same thing. I called to discuss this and not once did they apologize they only offered to have usbring it back with the receipt for a refund or exchange. We live 20 minutes from this store and only went here because we werein the area. We asked if they could give us a credit for a closer store to us and they refused. We ended up just throwing theitem out. Definitely won't be going back here 2nd time we've had a poor experience at this store. Read more
Went to this tacobell last night got in line at 8:36 there were 2 cars ahead of me, I did not drive off with my food until 9:17,... got to be a joke right. Nope. When I finally made it to the window she said they were getting slammed with door dash orders. Sopeople ordering online are more important then the customers there to pick up their own food? Do better. The food overall wasfresh though so I guess that was a plus. Read more
I had to write a review about this place, that's how impressed I was with the experience. In short, this is the best taco bell I... have been to in Macomb County. The dining room is open which seems to be a 50/50 along Hall Road. The entire restaurant issparkling clean including the bathroom and kitchen (what is visible from the register anyway). The staff are very friendly. Youcan tell everyone there takes pride in the product because everything we got is the closest thing to the picture I have everseen. Lastly, the food we got was fresh. I hope the staff keep this up as an example to all other Taco Bells in the area. Read more
Every time I go through the drive through after getting off work on the weekends it takes 45 min to get through the line. Even... with 4 cars in line. Unfortunately not many places are off when I get off work. Time to find another taco bell. I choose thisone to avoid the other one closer to my home and work. ???? Read more
