Food was good but service is worst. Had to wait for the food for 40 mins that I placed order on their kiosk. Owner or manager... should take action about that and I saw 2 customers left after waiting for long time even no one asked them y they r waiting very bad experience! Read more

i?d give it zero stars if i could, i asked a simple question which was; can i add another order separately and i got yelled at... by a completely different employee that cut off the one who was actually taking my order not to mention they messed up my drinkorder. staff is obviously poorly trained and every time ive ever come through the drive thru i am met with an attitude. if youlive in the clinton township area i recommend going somewhere else. We went through the drive thru on August 19th and Ashton was who took our order. He was friendly, made sure our food was perfect... and overall made our usual Taco Bell experience even better! He needs a raise!! Read more

I wish I can give 0 stars because they don?t even deserve the 1 star. I placed an order online and when I got to the drive thru... I was told that they couldn?t find my order. the lady At the speaker was very rude and said ( I don?t have your order what doyou want me to do now, come back in 10 mins). I told her that on the app it said that my order was ready, I left the speaker andgot inside the store, just to see my order was ready. Is it that hard to speak to your coworkers and communicate? Why work infast food if you clearly cannot handle talking to people? Read more

Horrible experience! They were so rude to us, let us wait 45 minutes for our mobile order the told us there was no beans so... either get a refund or choose something else. We chose something else and they didn't give it to us. We asked for the stuff, theemployee yelled out, I'm not making it!! Then we sat down to eat and there was a hair in the food. We asked for money back andto talk to the manager, she was no better. Refused to give us a receipt to give information to corporate when we make complaint.I said there are cameras all over, corporate can see how bad we were treated. So let?s check & mate . You were too busy ear hustling through the speaker where in the car talking to eachother to discuss who... was ordering what . The gentleman originally taking the order was doing just fine , their was no issue . But apparently aindividual felt it was necessary to interrupt him. You made us the probably automatically & how did you expect us to feel whilea widow was shut on us & two cups full when we ask for sauce was given to us agreesivelt , seriously how did you not expect usto be offended . We get it anything to get us out of line but not understanding when u push first to make a problem whenserious customers are about!!! Higher management is needed . Very dirty inside lobby. All the tables were dirty and sticky. Employees were on there phones. Definitely not coming back.... Higher management needs to get on top of there staff. Food was cold and just a horrible experience. Read more
