By far the worst Tim Horton around. I am not exactly sure on why I continue to give this location a chance but, every time me... and my family go it reaffirms our opinion. Waited 30 mins for two coffees. They asked me 5 times to repeat my order and I finally asked for my money back. After waiting... long enough to consider just leaving without my refund or coffee I finally got my money and went to the gas station to get mycoffee. I've been coming here daily for about 2 weeks now, I like how everything was fresh and the coffee doesn't taste like an old... cigarette butt. Yesterday I got the western combo with hash sticks and I asked also for blueberry bagel double tosted with creamcheese. They gave me all the hash crumbs that was on the bottom of the pan and nothing was done to my bagel and no cream cheese( even though I paid for it) so I called the manager after I got to my job site and told her what had happened, so she took myname and said "give them your name tomorrow when you come back and we'll get you another bagel and I will refund you for thehash browns." So I go there today and I tell them my name and what the manager had promised me and one of employees gets anattitude and goes to the other girl at the window "this guy doesn't want to pay for anything, just give him the damn food" andthen she tells me "that's okay you don't have to pay" and hands me the food. So I got mad and at her, paid for the food I gottoday and told her to learn how to speak and how to deal with people. After all ot was their fault! But she really ruined myday...???????? Read more
I visited this location yesterday morning and the young lady on the drive through was EXTREMELY rude! Her attitude was horrible.... Then when we got to the window, the young man working the window didn?t say a word. Just took the money, then just gave us ourfood. No good morning, have a good day?nothing. Will not be back.
