We try to go here and eat on a weekly basis food is always cold will not eat at Wendy's ever again. This location is absolutely horrible. The food is extremely overpriced for what you order. I was so disappointed in what we... ordered it was cold and disgusting, and not to mention they messed up a simple order. Save your self a headache and drive passthis Wendy?s. I hate to do this but I feel compelled. I had a strong craving for an original chocolate frosty. I pulled into the drive through... and was told that they only served strawberry at this location, even though their menu says it has chocolate. What Wendy'sdoesn't sell a chocolate frosty, I mean it's their thing, correct!?! The bigger issue is that I was locked in the drive through,no way to exit, so I am still sitting here 15 minutes later. Read more
This particular location always has old food never fresh. I also had a very simple order today that consisted of; a frosty,... nuggets, and fries. They still managed to mess up and give me the spicy nuggets rather than regular.. on top of that thenuggets had been sitting there for well over a couple hours. Completely dried out. Read more
This Wendy?s is a decent place, though they get my order wrong about 30% of the time. I always go through the drive thru. I?ve... never had a problem with the staff and they are usually pleasant or at least neutral. They are always quick to correct anymistakes with my order and are apologetic. I?ve made it a habit to check my bag to make sure they got my order right beforedriving off. I?ve never had a problem with the quality of the food. Note their drink sizes are quite large. This is the large fry I received (before having eaten any of them.) Only 1 sandwich out of a 5 item order was even warm,... everything else was cold and soggy. I don?t expect a fast food meal to be great, but this was just gross and a waste of money. Read more

Inept staff period! The absolute worst Wendy?s in the area. Always screw up your order regardless who is working. You don?t... get a receipt so can?t go back and complain so yeah great job. Read more
