I keep trying because they are convenient, but it just isn't good. Every time I have been there in the past couple months the... burger has been cold and the fries are soggy, undercooked and full of nasty grease. The chicken nuggets were so overcooked theywere like little rocks. Nope. I'm done. I will make the drive up to Schoenherr. I've never had a problem with that location. I would have given them one star, but the drive thru employees are very nice and personable and deserved a star of their own! Read more
I was served a cold burger by a very grumpy employee, this was a repeat of a couple months ago where the same thing happened so... not a one off type deal. Mine and my mom's burgers were downright cold even though we live 3 minutes from the place. There isa good reason why there's never a line in the drive thru. Quality is not their recipe. Read more
The customer service was great. The food was hot and delicious but I wish I had what I ordered. Nonetheless, the wrong order I... got was fresh. Lol. I ordered the $5 biggie bag (double stack) with a medium sweet tea no ice. That's also what I paid for. The inside of the location was a bit dirty. They didn't have the things needed to make the frosty-ccino. The service, though,... was very friendly and professional. I was really impressed by the employee who took and delivered my order. He did a great joband even treated my young daughter respectfully. Read more
Ordered two salads. The Summer Strawberry Salad came with one Strawberry on it. The Apple Pecan Salad came with ?Caesar?... Dressing only and no pecans. Very few Apples and five cranberries. When I questioned this I was told these items were there andCaesar dressing was the correct dressing for this salad. But that?s not what the menu says. Very disappointed. This location is the BEST!! Every time I come here my order is hot, accurate and quick. But the reason I'm even writing this... review is because the entire staff are just refreshingly pleasant! It feels like the good old days when customers were valuedand treated like friends and neighbors. From what I can see, it's likely the manager Chris is responsible for setting such ahigh standard for a quality product and customer service. He's a total gem who leads by example and his staff is doing a greatjob of keeping up. Special shout out to Abby in the window tonight for being so wonderful! I thought to myself, wow no line in the drive thru must be nice. Well I see why now. I ordered baconator with baconator fries... and the fries were the most disappointing I've ever seen. It seems like every Wendy's is lazy like this and doesn't put cheeseon the loaded fries like u ask them too. Just remember, if there's no line, there is prolly a reason why. Read more
Justin is so rude! He was so nasty about anything I asked. I said thank you like 10 times and he just shut the window on me. He... over charged me on sandwiches when the prices said differently. They told me to drive around by the door because my nuggetsweren?t ready when no one else was behind me. I felt like they tampered with my order. I went home and threw it all away. $20wasted.
