3 people working? The 2 girls disappeared in the bathroom. Phone ringing, nobody answering. Customer wants to order, they tell... him its online orders only. Every worker seems high, working in extreme slow motion. Online order said 18 minutes. Even whenboth girls moved back to the kitchen after getting out of the bathroom, they were on their cell phones while mixing the wings inthe bowl. Took 40 minutes and all I ordered were 15 wings. Had the same experience the first time I came, but restrained fromleaving a negative review bcuz they had just opened. This time it wad even worse. There was no management whatsoever. Food wasbasic. Food was great overall. However, my only complaint is that the person whom took my order was constantly chomping on a straw the... whole time and I constantly had to have him repeat himself. I ordered 10 wing combo, 5 garlic parmesan + 5 honey hot rub. The garlic parmesan was too little like they used 1/4 tsp for 5... wings. The other 5 were plain, no flavor at all. The Hall Road location is by far the worst Wing Stop location in all of Metro Detroit. The only thing is that we were hungry. We... ordered garlic parmesan chicken, we got plain. May 2022 - picked up the food with no issues. However, when I got home my fries were cold. Chicken was ok. However, they were... drenched in the sauce. The chicken was very soft. Food at Wingstop is always good however I had a bad experience at this location. I came in at 10:55 a little more than an hour... until close. They treated me poorly for coming in so late. Then when I got my food which took well over 20 minutes my fries weresoggy and I only got one ranch instead of the two that came with my 15 wing meal for two combo. Won't be back to this location.
