Listen I was here at this location on Sunday Sept 4 th. I had a horrible experience I pulled up to the closest door because I... had someone that has a handicap sticker and doesn?t walk far distance. The whole Burger King clan just starring and starring soI?m like hello. Maybe that?s the Macon thing to just stare at people and not open your mouth. The dark skinned lady with theblue Dora the explorer bob wig comes out and says you can?t park here this is the drive through. First off it doesn?t take aperson with a low IQ to see exactly what we were doing. It?s not like we stayed in the spot. Once we got her out we immediatelymoved car and on top of that ,It was no cars in the drive thru. So I showed out on them. Listen my dog has more common sense tothan her. However, I spoke to the manager she had Karisha or some name tatted on her left forearm with a red heart and she wasokay. No problems with her, but The point is her employees don?t need to address me about common sense stuff. Needless to say ifthe attitude nasty the food nasty so I didn?t order anything. I?m not calling corporate the way I handled her in BK I don?tthink it?s necessary. I hope She will think twice before confronting someone again. I told them all if they don?t like their jobthen quit. I would give this place a little better of a rating due to them not ever messing up my order but the last 6 out of 10 times I... have I visited them their systems have been down and was not able to take orders.. big disappointment. Just go to taco bell theynever mess up order as well Read more
I rarely go to this location because they tend to mess up orders a lot and give out sub standard food. Today was no exception.... We ordered two whopper with cheese meals made the same way only mayo and ketchup. One was correct the other had lettuce andketchup. The fries we ordered were soggy as they were not cooked properly and very underdone. My whopper meat seemed old and wewere held at the 1st drive through window for 15 minutes even though there was only one car in front of us. There was no apologyfor the wait, no explanation, then you hand me food that was nasty. So I paid for food waited 15 minutes in the drive throughand get sub standard food. If my food was fresh and at least cooked properly then I wouldn?t mind so much waiting but come on.There is absolutely no excuse for substandard food. Read more
Food was good although our order was mixed up a bit when onions were put on our hamburgers. We clearly stated what we wanted and... onions were not mentioned. Nevertheless the burgers were good, but messy (see pictures). The young lady who took our order seemlike she wanted to be anywhere but there. We ended the sale with me saying "Thank you", but what happen to the day when the"Thank You" was said to the customer. Oh well..... The place was fairly clean. Ladies restroom in a bit of disarray (seepicture). Ketchup dispenser was empty. Ice dispenser dispensed ice very slowly as if it was almost empty. All in all we enjoyedour meal and the "Two for $10 special" is a good deal. Read more
To begin, the young lady had the wrong attitude. If coming here irritates you then leave. For this location to have no one at... the restaurant I did not mind waiting for fresh hot food. As we were waiting I needed to order another meal. I asked if I coulddo so at the window since I had to wait. I was told yes and proceeded with my order. After waiting a moment the young lady cameback and said we wouldn't be able to do a large fry. Confused because we had no reason. I figured it was probably becausesomebody didn't want to go get another bag of fries and that was true. The burgers were fine and juicy. The fresh hot fries thatwe had to wait for were horrible. Everytime I have visited this BK the food has been made exactly the way I requested. The staff is kind and helpful which is... always a plus and a pleasure. I have yet to go inside always go through the drive thru so I cannot tell you how the inside ishowever the parking lot always appears clean. Read more
All the food was cold and had a old taste, like it had been sitting out. The drinks were flat. I don't understand why people... can't do there work and act like they care. Read more
