The worst service, employees have no communication skills, would rather be scrolling on their phones than doing their job. Fast... food that takes way too long even when you are the only customer in line, then barely warm when you get it. Don't know how theystay open. Terrible is too nice a word to describe this place. The place is well maintained, but the staff?you can feel their hate is eating them inside. Definitely not their dream job.
I hope you do not want more than one small jelly packet with your breakfast sandwich. The woman in the Drive-Thru said that she... was not allowed to give out more than one jelly packet per sandwich order. If this is truly this Burger King's policy, I suggestyou have your breakfast somewhere else. Read more
The Staff was great, restroom is clean but that new Spicey Ch' King Burger is just plain Horrible. My Wife and I wanted to see... how it compares to the other spicey chicken sandwich. It ranked last. The Spices killed my taste buds, the chicken tasted likecardboard. Please do yourself a favor and order anything else. Your stomach and tastebuds will be thank you. Read more
The staff were amazing and friendly. One particular employee with a hearing disability was very gracious and made sure I had... everything I needed..and told me thank you using sign language. I know fast food service not named Chick-fil-A gets a bad rap.However, this BK on Bowman rd does not fit into the regular category. Thanks! Read more
Currently waiting in the drive through because the cashier told me not to pull up to the window in her doing that she had... people behind me mad at me; and they expressed this by honking there horns, one lady got out her car and at this point I becameuneasy, thankfully she gave me time to explain why my car was not moving. I feel like this place is too worried about a drivethru time that they neglected there customers, and left me out there with all the frustration from other customers and I didn'teven do anything. This store is absolutely horrible. They took around 40 minutes to get our meal and given it is Easter Sunday I tried to... understand Instead my wife had to direct them how to do their job down to the guy running fryer Secondly with store still openthey turned away a family and said they were closed. Had to pull up along with 4 other cars. Gave wrong drink at window. Cashier brought out wrong order and no drinks, we told him... we didn't get drinks he walked away without acknowledging. He was not very pleasant. Read more
