First of all I?m not sure WHAT happened to this Chipotle it has gone down hill since the pandemic! There always short staffed... (which a lot of ppl are). My mom went in there the other day and to get us something to eat and the guy was OUTSIDE with hisgloves on came in trying to serve with the SAME gloves on! Now I JUST ordered my food online 30 mins ago and paid extra forguacamole didn?t get it in my bowl. So I went inside and the guy in a SKI MASK said that?s not his department and that theguacamole wasn?t ready and he didn?t know how long it would take. So I asked the girl at the counter (the only one who waspleasant) and she asked the girl (manager I guess) making the guacamole if I could get a refund and was very rude to that girland all the women in the back were laughing about the situation. If the girl is the manager she is a horrible example ofleadership! I called the customer service and got my refund but y?all need to do better!!!! Read more
I am soooo disappointed in this place I have been there several times in the last month and have yet go get an order because... they are always out of something. I can understand if it was midday or late in the evening but 2 times it was about 1130am andthe open 1045 am. Why are you not full stock? I watch 2 other people walk out yesterday too because you were out what theywanted. In my case no chicken was ready so I waited 15 minutes then u were out of pico and dressing? Chipotle is my favorite but this place is the worst. Every time I come here they are always out of this and that. I came I today... at 12 and they were out of everything the pans looked like they were from yesterday and there was no Lettuce but a little leftthe meat was all dried out looking and the salad dressing stuff tasted horrible (taco seasoning)Seasoning. I ordered a to-go order online due to wanting a jiffy in/out experience. There was ~15 minutes from the time I ordered till I... entered the establishment and, upon arrival, my order was not complete due to steak not being available and the staff inquiringif I would like an alternative, which was fine. However, what was not fine was a majority of ingredients I requested were notpresent on the finished product and the ones that were present were wrong (white rice vs brown rice). The worst chipotle. Terrible service every time. They charged 17$ for a bowl when the sign said 8.99 and stated a sign on the... door that indicated prices were going up justified it although their listed prices didn?t reflect it. Actually as a follow up Iwent back in and demanded a refund. After looking at me receipt I realized they had charged me for extra barbacoa that I didn?torder, complete scam. Read more
Passing through on our way to Savannah, service was less than satisfactory. The guy fixing our meal was very nice and attentive,... he deserves a raise. However, the rest of the crew said not one word to us. When we checked out they just stated our total,didn?t confirm what we ordered. Then when we went back up to the front to ask for hot sauce they just grabbed one and put it onthe counter without a word, we even said thank you and still no response. First time eating here, wanted to try the new garlic grilled steak from the TV commercial. It was very good, and seasoned well.... The cilantro/lime rice rounded it off really good. Then, with your choice of toppings, the dish explodes with all the differentflavors. Read more
