This might be the worst made sandwich I have ever had from Firehouse Subs! I ordered the brisket and cheddar and I got 1 slice... of brisket inside the sandwich?. They basically sold me a $17 wheat roll with a thin slice of meat. Not only did I wait 15 minsfor the food and I was the only order for the store, but this is what they made for me. Super unprofessional and unpleasant manager (didn't get her name). They were out of romaine lettuce for my salad, issued a... refund. Then my soup was forgotten. Was never even offered an apology.
