This might be the worst made sandwich I have ever had from Firehouse Subs! I ordered the brisket and cheddar and I got 1 slice... of brisket inside the sandwich?. They basically sold me a $17 wheat roll with a thin slice of meat. Not only did I wait 15 minsfor the food and I was the only order for the store, but this is what they made for me. I will not ever return to this locationnor would I recommend anyone else going there. Read more

Super unprofessional and unpleasant manager (didn't get her name). They were out of romaine lettuce for my salad, issued a... refund. Then my soup was forgotten. Was never even offered an apology. Witnessed a male employee talking very inappropriatelywith a female employee. Like, get it together. This location used to be so much better. Read more
Never Again?? Waited 42 minutes and my sub wasn't what I ordered. Container and bag were nasty and subs were not good. Everyone... was complaining and several asked for refunds. Staff was not nice about long wait time and ignored complaints. Nor did they tryto speed up...they were just slow and unconcerned. Floors were nasty and covered in trash. Table/booths were dirty. Wasn't very happy with the service. It seemed as if they were more worried about closing than helping customers in a timely... fashion. One of the workers also had very long hair she kept flipping from on side to the other with her hands. She wasn'tmaking my food but she was standing close and it seems like she should have had it pulled up and not hanging down. Read more

I always have issues with this particular location with my food. I try to give it the benefit of the doubt because I was once an... employee at firehouse but this is unacceptable. Has the ham recently changed?? This definitely isn?t honey ham more like coldcut deli meat and I was very specific with my order for light mayonnaise and received extra mayonnaise.
