horrible customer service, no one wanted to take order and act as if you're not standing in front of register. Then after having... to ask 2 employees, one at subway and one at chesters they were finally able to point out the girl who was ignoring me at theregister. I then had to ask her if she was the one im suppose to order from. she responded by shrugging her shoulders thenshaking head no. i told her the others ponted u out. then she rolled her eyes and pulled out a ordering pad. then she made thejester of what u want to order by raising hands and rolling eyes. so disrespectful. so i ignored her jesture and just asked soare u going to take my order? Then for the first time she finally spoke and she said, "well what?"wow that was just ridiculous.so i once again tried to ignore the blatant disrespect and just told her my order which was only 1 large pizza. then she said"what thats it" as if she wasted her time writing it on her ordering pad. I will never return here again and i see others havehad similar experiences. what kind of place allows employees to behave this way? Read more
Pizza is the best in the area! Wonderful cheesey greasy goodness. Staff accidentally dropped my order but were very apologetic... and offered to add an additional small item for my trouble! ???? Very good customer service! Shame the pizza met an awful fatewithout being enjoyed. ???? Read more
Wanted to buy 12 children wings they only have 6 so I asked if they can make me more and was told no till they sell the 6... chicken wings. Never have this problem before. I did not wait for them to make more because I did not see them getting ready tocook more and just continue talking to each other. Read more
Customer service was awful. Called in my order and ask for the price. The woman quoted $14.39. When I arrived to pick up my... order the price increased to $16.39. When I asked why the change in price the rudeness began. The woman offered no explanationand repeated the price she quoted earlier. No apology, she just stared at me. Impressed. Don?t order online, there seems to be a communication issue with their notifications; however, the employees attitude... with the error was priceless. Took less than 15 minutes to prepare my pizza just the way I wanted it. The pizza was fantastic. Perfect crust. Perfect cheese. The oregano on top makes this my favorite pizza in the Hartley Bridge area. Read more
Employees were slow. 45 minutes for this pizza. They forgot the pepperoni. We didn't want to wait that long for a replacement so... we said nothing. Food was good though. Read more
As a truck driver, my go to comfort food at Loves Travel is Godfather's pizza.... my first time adding Jalapeños, it wasn't... that bad, but I like their regular veggie Pizza for sure... thanks! Read more
