Terrible experience! Went in and ordered food, waited 30 minutes and watched multiple people walk in from waiting on food in... drive thru over 30 minutes. Asked for a refund, and was rudely told they can't refund money without a general manager present.After another 15 minutes with no food, we had no choice but to leave so we could get to our destination on time. All they had todo was tell us from the start that they were short staffed and running slow before we ordered. Read more
Tried to go through the drive through just now at 10:35pm and they told me they were in the middle of a shift change and that... they couldn?t take any orders. When I told them I didn?t mind waiting they told me I couldn?t wait in the drive through and thatI had to wait in the parking lot. I?ve never heard of this. Who does a shift change at 10:30? This site, really did what I needed then to do, I ordered 24 burgers w/ cheese. No onions and an order of fries. With no... salt, I love those fries, and the burgers where awesome. Clean store, well mannered drive thru crew. I am allergic toonions they didn't need to know this but if I ordered no onions then NO ONIONS! Thank you for saving my life. No 5 stars I wasn't offered a combo. I could have spend more money, so if there is another time. OFFER it won't hurt. Read more
They over charge me by putting something extra on my order so they handed me my card and cash when I told them I didn't get my... card back. Then I had ordered 5 reg. Krystal and added one at the window. When I ordered I told them I did not want pick 5because it cost more than just 5 Kyrstals. They charged me for pick 5 which was 80 cents more. After being told I am tired ofyou. The manager gave me my 80 cents back. The Krystals were sloppy and had edges to hard to eat. Poor excuse for proper moneyexchange, customer service and food taste. Drove here after being fed up with Checkers? horrible service. Ordered and got to the window only to find that Krystal employees... aren?t much better. After leaving out half of my order, we waited longer for the rest of the order to be fulfilled and wasgifted with two free upsized drinks only to find that they were disgusting and flat when finally getting home. Fast food and itscustomer service has drastically declined. Read more

Trash. The lady at the drive thru didn't even tell me my total until I got to the window. Whatvif I didn't have enough money?... She was also acting as if my presence bothered her. It was in her voice and body language. The food was also expensive, not veryfilling, and should get zero stars for taste. Ladies and Gentlemen, you're probably better off buying the White Castle Slidersfrom stores. Read more
